Thank you to everyone who has shown such incredible support as I run for re-election. ❤️

I love this role so much. It’s funny how ironic it is — some people have told me how much I’ve given to the position, but honestly it feels like the complete opposite. Being a councillor has given me far more than I could ever give back.
Over the past four years I’ve had the privilege of meeting incredible people, hearing their stories, learning from your experiences, and working alongside a community that cares deeply about its future. Every challenge has taught me something. Every conversation has made me better. Every success has been shared.
Serving this community has been one of the greatest honours of my life, and I’m grateful every day for the trust you’ve placed in me. The best part of this journey has truly been the people. I’m excited about what more we can achieve together in the years ahead, and I hope to have the honour of continuing to represent all of you in the next chapter.

Thank you for the opportunity to serve — and for everything this role has given back to me.

Community | June is National Indigenous History Month in Canada, an opportunity to learn about the unique cultures, traditions and experiences of First Nations, Inuit and Métis who have lived on this land since time immemorial and whose presence continues to shape Canada today.

It is also a moment to recognize the ongoing impacts of colonization and to reflect on how we can all contribute to reconciliation.

On June 13, Belleville Public Library will welcome Mohawk artist and designer Narda Julg for a special presentation exploring the meaning and craftsmanship behind regalia worn by Indigenous Peoples.

📅 Saturday, June 13, 11 a.m. to noon
📍 Belleville Public Library
✔️ No registration required
