The ELC is a new initiative of the Workforce Planning Board of York Region and Bradford, West Gwillimbury; a partnership of York Region and South Simcoe’s employers, employment service providers, educators and policy makers. Together they bring a diverse representation of employers across the region to develop relationships and share knowledge in order to help our members hire and retain the employees they need today and in the future.
