A huge THANK YOU to St. John Ambulance for organizing an incredible food drive at No Frills in Aurora! 🚑

Because of your amazing efforts on April 11, 2026, you helped fill half an ambulance with generosity—collecting an incredible 779 lbs of food 🥫 and $460.95 in cash donations 💸 in support of the Aurora Food Pantry.

Your dedication, energy, and community spirit make a real difference for our neighbours in need. We are so grateful for your partnership and for everyone who stopped by to donate!

This past weekend, we were blown away by the incredible support of the OPP Auxiliary during their food drive 💚

Thanks to their dedication, energy, and commitment to helping others, our shelves are fuller and our community will have greater access to the food they need. Your efforts truly make a difference for so many individuals and families right here in our community.

📆Saturday April 11, please join St. John Ambulance at No Frills Aurora to fill the ambulance full of food for the Pantry! 🥫

Time: 11:00am - 5:00pm
Location: No Frills - 14800 Yonge St, Aurora

Donation item ideas:
➡ Peanut free kids snacks (granola bars etc.)
➡ Juice and juice boxes
➡ Canned fruit and fruit cups
➡ Toothpaste, soap, shampoo
➡ Cookies
➡ Diapers size 5 and larger
➡ Crackers
➡ Feminine products
➡ Instant Coffee or Tea bags

We are running low on all food items, so any donation is greatly appreciated! 💚

☔ APRIL FOOD DRIVES ☔

In April there are 2 great opportunities to donate to the Pantry! 🐰

🗓 Friday April 3rd and Saturday April 4th from 9:30am - 3:00pm the OPP Auxiliary will be collecting donations at Metro, 1 Henderson Drive.

🗓 Saturday April 11th from 11:00am - 5:00pm you can help St. John Ambulance fill an Ambulance with donations for the food bank at No Frills, 14800 Yonge St.

🚚A HUGE thank you to Polaris Transportation Group!🚚

We are incredibly grateful to Polaris Transportation Group for helping us move 33,000 pounds of food and essential goods into our new home! This was no small task, and their support made all the difference. 💚

Special thanks to Polaris Terminal Manager Jason and Driver Vaibhav, who were there putting in the hard work to ensure our supplies safely arrived at our new location at 16 Mary St. Unit 6, Aurora. Because of their dedication, we were able to get up and running and welcome our first clients in the new space this past Saturday.

We truly can’t put into words how crucial this support was in helping us continue our mission of ensuring no one goes hungry in Aurora and North Oak Ridges.

Thank you to Polaris Transportation Group and their entire team for going above and beyond — your generosity and community spirit mean the world to us! 💚👏
