Rural Animal Management Services is a company with a long history involved in animal care and welfare. Did you know almost every lost pet that enters RAMS has no identification and is not spayed or neutered?

Pet identification- Register your pets with your RM, city, or town where applicable. Place ID tags on collars. These can be purchased online or at select pet supply retailers. Use breakaway collars with cats.

Microchips can be purchased through veterinarians as an additional backup. The more identification, the better chance of getting your pet back if it gets lost!
Remember if you move, update the information associated with pet tags and microchips.

Spay/neuter- Spay/neuter helps control the pet overpopulation problem. Spay/neuter may also help reduce the urge to roam, aggression, and cancer risk in some pets.

Thank you
