After 33 years of service, Windsor Police Superintendent Tim Berthiaume is calling it a career.

Supt. Berthiaume got his start in law enforcement with the Amherstburg Police Service in 1989. He held a number of positions over the years before rising to the rank of Chief in Amherstburg in 2010. When the Windsor Police Service assumed policing duties for the town in 2019, we enthusiastically welcomed him to our team as a Superintendent.

“Tim’s passion for policing has never waned, nor has his leadership and service to Windsor and Amherstburg,” said Acting Police Chief Jason Bellaire. “His retirement is well deserved and well earned.”

Congratulations! We'll miss you!
