Visit us at 13 Coleman Street in Ameliasburgh (517 County Road 19). The Victoria Schoolhouse offers a look back in time at education from the 1800s to 1960's.
Weekday programming follows Pioneering days with students using the earliest readers to learn the 3 r's. Students can also try their hand at embroidery or weaving but don't upset the headmistress or it's the DUNCE CAP for you! Our Archives feature Readers and course books from elementary school through to high school as well as additional displays. The Archives are open by appointment only and most Tuesday afternoons. Please email [email protected] to book an appointment.
