Honoring the Sacred Circle: A Two Spirit Journey of Truth and Reconciliation

On Tuesday, September 29, on the eve of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, join us at the Almonte Branch from 7:00 – 8:30pm for a transformative evening of reflection, growth, and storytelling led by Dylan Michael Jenkins, an Omushkego/Anishinabe Two Spirit Knowledge Carrier, Storyteller and Master Teacher. We invite you to move beyond history lessons and step into a shared journey of collective growth. Come listen, reflect on how we can bring greater balance to our modern places, spaces, and relations and help ensure our community circle remains strong and unbroken.

Here is our Grand Prize Winner of the TD Summer Reading Club at the Mississippi Mills Public Library!

We had over 80 kids sign up to participate across both branches. Each week brought a fun new challenge. The more challenges they completed over the summer, the greater the chance of caputuring the Grand Prize!
