What is a Community Revitalization Levy? Find out below! ⬇️

What is a CRL? A Community Revitalization Levy is a funding tool used to improve a specific area over time.

As new development happens, a portion of the new tax revenue is reinvested back into that same area instead of going into general revenues.

That funding helps pay for things like infrastructure, public spaces and projects that support long-term revitalization. No increase to current taxes. Just reinvesting growth back into downtown. Learn more about the CRL at airdrie.ca/CRL
