Bill 28 concerns are headed to Airdrie council Tuesday, as Airdrie Public Library asks council to support local authority over library operations and services.

The proposed resolution also asks for provincial consultation with libraries, municipalities and library boards before regulations are finalized, and for dedicated funding if new operational requirements are imposed.
