The Library transformed into a concert hall yesterday as Chris Gokelman Resonant Bodies, Resonant Peace. This was an immersive listening experience that explored how music can affect us and how we connect with others. It was a beautiful opportunity to reflect and spend time together as a community.

The Windwood Music Festival continues until September 7th, so be sure to follow them to find out more and attend their next events.

Well, get ready for this plot twist, because we have some exciting news for you!

We’re thrilled to announce that Airdrie Public Library (APL) is adding Pure Flix to its eResources, and Marigold Library System is the first Canadian library system to offer it!

Pure Flix is a faith-based streaming service that gives patrons a new way to access inspiring dramas, heartwarming romances, holiday favourites, lighthearted comedies, children’s programming, and plenty of other family-friendly entertainment, all from the comfort of home. Best of all, it’s free with your library card; no cliffhanger there!

Home Hardware and Building Centre made another unbe-leaf-able donation! Thanks to their generosity, community members took home free plants to spruce up their homes this past August! Thank you, Airdrie Home Hardware Building Centre!

Ever looked up at the globes floating above the Atrium in Inspire and wondered what their stories are?

We’re thrilled to launch the Landscapes of the Imagination Kits! Each globe holds a story, and now you can look closer and uncover those stories, secrets and inspiration behind this incredible work of art!

Two in-house kits are available to borrow, complete with binoculars and the guidebook filled with fascinating details about each globe, created and provided by the artists, Caitlind r.c. Brown & Wayne Garrett!
