POLIO ROUND 2 ON THE CARDS

The first round of the Polio vaccination campaign recorded remarkable success in most areas, with many surpassing their targets. However, a few areas did not manage to reach all targeted children under the age of five.

Health workers are now gearing up for Round 2 of the campaign to ensure that every eligible child is reached and protected against Polio. The disease is preventable, and vaccination remains the best way to safeguard the health and future of our children, the future leaders of tomorrow.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to make their children available during the second round so that no child is left behind.
