Sebanyak dua puluh kompaun telah dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Kewangan dan Ekonomi, melalui Jabatan Perancangan Ekonomi dan Statistik (JPES), bagi tempoh 9 bulan kebelakangan atas kesalahan-kesalahan di bawah Akta Kawalan Harga, Penggal 142 dan peraturan-peraturan di bawahnya.

The 36th Meeting of the ASEAN Single Window Steering Committee (ASWSC) was officially inaugurated on 21st April 2026 in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam. The Meeting is hosted by the Royal Customs and Excise Department, Ministry of Finance and Economy, and was officiated by Yang Mulia Haji Mohammad Mu’inuddin Chin bin Abdur Rahman, Deputy Controller of Customs.

The Registry of Companies and Business Names Division (ROCBN) under the Ministry of Finance and Economy (MOFE) would like to remind all companies (private, public and foreign branches) that under the Companies Act (Amendment) Order, 2020, companies are required to provide and keep to date information regarding their ’Register of Controllers’ such as their beneficial owner(s) and ultimate owner(s) to the Registry.
