💬Father had previously filed a case in 2010 to have his child name changed and replaced with a new one (due to confidentiality concerns), but the petition was rejected.

However, this time, they entrusted the case to legal experts. The case was heard and, ultimately, granted and approved. 🤩🎉 The court ordered the respondents to update the petitioner's name and record the change in all official documents, including birth certificates, identity cards, and passports.

💬A story of a person who got caught and deported to his country. He didn't solve his case until he got caught.

**We received a lot of inquiries from the people who got deported and wanted to come back.
It's not like that - once you have an order from court and you got deported permanently. You will be blacklisted depending on what is the court order against you. Order is order!

Sharing most inquiries we've received from the past weeks! People caught working without a valid visa.

❌ My visa has expired, I'm working part time...
❌ My sponsor promised me that he will apply for my visa...
❌ I am on a visit visa and currently working in a company...
❌ My sponsor allows me to work and said my visa is in progress so I started because I believe them...
❌ I have a contract but no visa…..

Help us! We were caught by the authorities working without a valid visa..

Some callers has been jailed and deported and has a pending court case, and can't reapply for working visa, got fined and deported.

**Our advice is to make sure your visa is valid and legal with the same company you are working before you start working to avoid the same problem! This case is very difficult to solve!
