Независимо дали искате да излезете на нови пазари, да внедрите цифрови технологии, да направите бизнеса си по-устойчив или да развиете нов туристически продукт, Програма Interreg България–Сърбия предоставя нова възможност чрез стратегическия проект RESCALE.

📈 С бюджет над 6 млн. евро, проектът ще подкрепи 100 малки и средни предприятия от България и 100 от Сърбия, които ще преминат през цялостна програма за развитие.

Стойността на предоставената подкрепа може да достигне до 60 645 евро за едно предприятие.

Interreg Volunteer Youth - IVY is a European initiative that gives young volunteers the opportunity to become involved in the work of Interreg programmes and the projects they support.

The Interreg VI-A IPA Bulgaria–Serbia Programme is looking forward to welcoming its IVY Reporter.

For six months, the volunteer will be part of the Programme’s communication team and will contribute to preparing content for the website and social media, covering events, engaging with project partners and beneficiaries, collecting stories, photos and interviews, and presenting the results of European projects.

Interreg Volunteer Youth - IVY е европейска инициатива, която дава възможност на млади доброволци да се включат в работата на програмите Interreg и проектите, които те подкрепят.

Програма Interreg VI-A ИПП България – Сърбия очаква своя IVY Reporter.
В продължение на шест месеца доброволецът ще бъде част от комуникационния екип на програмата и ще участва в подготовката на публикации за уебсайта и социалните мрежи, в отразяването на събития, в разговори с проектни партньори и бенефициенти, в събирането на истории, снимки и интервюта и в представянето на резултатите от европейските проекти.

Током шест месеци волонтер ће бити део комуникационог тима Програма и учествоваће у припреми садржаја за веб-сајт и друштвене мреже, извештавању са догађаја, разговорима са пројектним партнерима и корисницима, прикупљању прича, фотографија и интервјуа, као и у представљању резултата европских пројеката.

Moments that brought us together

This year, Interreg Cooperation Day celebrates its 15th anniversary under the motto Stronger Together.

To mark the occasion, we are looking back at some of the most memorable moments from events organised under the Interreg Bulgaria–Serbia Programme—moments that brought people together and celebrated European cooperation.

🎭 Kyustendil, Bulgaria | 2015

One celebration. Three countries. Countless shared moments.

In 2015, the European Cooperation Day was celebrated jointly by the IPA Cross-border Programme Bulgaria–Serbia and the IPA Cross-border Programme Bulgaria–the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, bringing together communities from across the border region.

Traditional folk dances, a workshop for young painters from Bulgaria, Serbia and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, and a live fashion show transformed Kyustendil into a vibrant meeting place where culture, creativity and cooperation came together.

More than a celebration, it was another reminder that borders become bridges when people create, learn and celebrate together.

What's next for Interreg?

🇪🇺🤝 your healthcare shouldn’t stop at borders – and your access shouldn’t either.

In many European regions, the nearest specialist might be just a few kilometres away – but in a different country.

Through Interreg, regions are working together to improve access to healthcare by sharing expertise, developing joint solutions and tackling the legal and administrative barriers that can make cross-border care more difficult.

As Europe looks beyond 2027, Interreg can build on these successes by helping more regions develop practical, people-centred solutions to shared healthcare challenges.

📌 The fourth edition of "Cross-Border Ambassadors" is open until August 31, 2026.
Selected Ambassadors will join a six-month mandate with monthly meetings with DG REGIO and receive an official Certificate of Completion signed by the European Commission.

Applications for the fourth edition of the Cross-Border Ambassadors are now open! 📢

To apply for the 2026–2027 mandate, you will need:
📝 A motivational letter (max 500 words), tell us about your connection to a cross-border region and what drives your interest in EU cooperation

🎥 A 2-minute video: explore a real cross-border challenge from your region and propose a solution. The more personal and creative, the better!

Applications are evaluated on motivation, innovative thinking, communication skills, and commitment to European values. No prior experience in EU policy needed.

Selected Ambassadors will join a six-month mandate with monthly meetings with DG REGIO and receive an official Certificate of Completion signed by the European Commission. 🏅

🏰 Baba Vida Fortress, Bulgaria | 2013

Some places tell their own stories.

Knights' tournaments, medieval music, traditional crafts and combat demonstrations brought the fortress back to life, while visitors from Bulgaria and Serbia took a step back in time.

This is how we celebrated the very first European Cooperation Day under the Bulgaria–Serbia Programme.

And this was only the beginning.

🎬 „RESPONSE зад кадър“

Да бъдеш доброволец не означава само да се отзовеш, когато някой има нужда от помощ.

Това означава часове подготовка, упражнения, повторения и готовност да учиш отново и отново.

След пет дни интензивно обучение шестата група доброволци успешно завърши своята подготовка, а с нея приключи и целият цикъл от обучения по проект RESPONSE. Общо 120 доброволци преминаха обучение за действия при различни бедствия и аварии.



🎬 „RESPONSE иза кулиса“

Бити волонтер не значи само одазвати се када је некоме потребна помоћ.

То значи сате припреме, вежби, понављања и спремност да изнова учиш и усавршаваш се.

После пет дана интензивне обуке, шеста група волонтера успешно је завршила своју припрему, а тиме је окончан и цео циклус обука у оквиру пројекта RESPONSE. Укупно 120 волонтера прошло је обуку за поступање у различитим ванредним ситуацијама и катастрофама.
