Park Abbey is entering an exciting new chapter! 🏛️
From today, the abbey interiors (Museum PARCUM) can only be visited during a daily guided tour as the final phase of its nearly 15-year restoration project gets underway.

At the same time, preparations are in full swing for 'Threading Landscapes: Art at Park Abbey', a major contemporary art expo opening this fall to celebrate the end of the restoration. 🎨

Shoppen in Leuven kicks off the long weekend in style as 14 May is a public holiday. Shops stay open later, with food trucks spread throughout the shopping streets.

2️⃣ CIRKL (6-10 May):
The annual circus festival brings 5 days of vibrant circus to Leuven, for all ages. Enjoy performances by (inter)national artists across the city.

3️⃣ Walking tour: Six centuries of the university in Leuven
Every Saturday in May, you can explore the history of the university with a guide from KU Leuven. Step inside the University Hall, walk past iconic colleges and end in the Great Beguinage.
