The Subcommittee on Fair Internships of the European Parliaments Stagaires Association (EPSA) has been set up by interns of the European Parliament to promote FAIR INTERNSHIPS within the European Institutions. All interns in the European Parliament, be they Schuman trainees, or working for MEPs or a political party, should be entitled to a decent salary that covers living costs in Brussels. Today,

internships constitute an important starting point to the careers of many graduates and young professionals. Unfortunately, a high number of internships are unpaid.
