สปษ. สหภาพยุโรป ร่วมส่งเสริมสินค้าเกษตรไทยในงาน Thai Festival 2026 ณ กรุงวอร์ซอ ประเทศโปแลนด์

เมื่อวันที่ 6 กันยายน 2569 สำนักงานที่ปรึกษาการเกษตรประจำสหภาพยุโรป (สปษ. สหภาพยุโรป) เข้าร่วมงาน Thai Festival 2026 ซึ่งจัดโดยสถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงวอร์ซอ ร่วมกับหน่วยงานทีมประเทศไทย ณ Targ Śniadaniowy – Mokotów กรุงวอร์ซอ ประเทศโปแลนด์ โดยงานดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ประเทศไทยในมิติต่าง ๆ ทั้งด้านการค้า การลงทุน การท่องเที่ยว วัฒนธรรม อาหาร และสินค้าไทยแก่ประชาชนชาวโปแลนด์

ในโอกาสนี้ สปษ. สหภาพยุโรป ได้ร่วมจัดบูธประชาสัมพันธ์และส่งเสริมสินค้าเกษตรและอาหารไทย โดยนำผลิตภัณฑ์ ข้าวแต๋นรสต้มยำ และมะม่วงอบแห้งของไทย มาแจกให้ผู้เข้าร่วมงานได้ทดลองชิม เพื่อสร้างการรับรู้และเปิดประสบการณ์แก่ผู้บริโภคชาวโปแลนด์เกี่ยวกับรสชาติและความหลากหลายของสินค้าเกษตรแปรรูปของไทย ซึ่งได้รับความสนใจจากผู้เข้าร่วมงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง

การเข้าร่วมงานครั้งนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการดำเนินงานของ สปษ. สหภาพยุโรป ในการ ประชาสัมพันธ์สินค้าเกษตรและอาหารไทยในตลาดยุโรป เพิ่มการรับรู้ในหมู่ผู้บริโภค และสนับสนุนโอกาสในการขยายตลาดสินค้าเกษตรมูลค่าสูงและผลิตภัณฑ์แปรรูปของไทยในประเทศโปแลนด์

🇹🇭🇵🇱 สปษ. สหภาพยุโรป หารือหน่วยงานโปแลนด์ แลกเปลี่ยนแนวทางด้านการควบคุมสินค้าเกษตรและอาหาร

เมื่อวันที่ 7–8 กันยายน 2569 นายสงขลา จุลกะเศียน อัครราชทูต (ฝ่ายเกษตร) พร้อมด้วยนางสาวสรวงสุดา อรุณนพรัตน์ ที่ปรึกษา (ฝ่ายเกษตร) สำนักงานที่ปรึกษาการเกษตรประจำสหภาพยุโรป (สปษ. สหภาพยุโรป) ได้เยี่ยมคารวะ ประชุมหารือ และศึกษาดูงานหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการควบคุมสินค้าเกษตรและอาหารของสาธารณรัฐโปแลนด์ ณ กรุงวอร์ซอ เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลและเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือด้านสุขอนามัยและสุขอนามัยพืช (SPS) ระหว่างไทยและโปแลนด์

ในโอกาสนี้ สปษ. สหภาพยุโรป ได้เข้าพบและหารือกับหน่วยงานด่าน Border Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Warsaw เพื่อศึกษาระบบการตรวจควบคุมความปลอดภัยอาหารนำเข้าจากประเทศที่สาม โดยเฉพาะอาหารที่มิใช่ผลิตภัณฑ์จากสัตว์ รวมถึงแนวทางการสุ่มตรวจและเก็บตัวอย่างสินค้า ตลอดจนแลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการนำเข้าผักและผลไม้จากประเทศไทย

จากนั้น ได้หารือกับ Main Inspectorate of Plant Health and Seed Inspection (GIORiN) เกี่ยวกับระบบการควบคุมด้านสุขอนามัยพืชของโปแลนด์ การตรวจสินค้าพืชนำเข้าจากประเทศที่สาม รวมถึงการนำเข้าผักและผลไม้สดจากไทย และแนวทางในการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลและความร่วมมือด้านสุขอนามัยพืชระหว่างกัน

นอกจากนี้ สปษ. สหภาพยุโรปยังได้ศึกษาดูงาน ณ ห้องปฏิบัติการ Central Laboratory – Warsaw Branch ของ GIORiN เพื่อเรียนรู้กระบวนการตรวจวินิจฉัยศัตรูพืช ตั้งแต่การรับและเตรียมตัวอย่าง การตรวจวิเคราะห์และจำแนกศัตรูพืช ตลอดจนการนำผลทางห้องปฏิบัติการไปสนับสนุนการตรวจควบคุมด้านสุขอนามัยพืชของโปแลนด์

ในโอกาสเดียวกัน สปษ. สหภาพยุโรป ได้หารือกับหน่วยงานกลางทางสัตวแพทย์ General Veterinary Inspectorate (GIW) เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินการตามกฎระเบียบของสหภาพยุโรปด้านสุขภาพสัตว์และความปลอดภัยอาหาร รวมถึงประเด็นด้านการรับรองและการนำเข้าสินค้าจากประเทศที่สาม ตลอดจนแนวทางส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลระหว่างหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องของไทยและโปแลนด์

การเยือนครั้งนี้เป็นโอกาสสำคัญในการสร้างเครือข่ายและช่องทางการประสานงานโดยตรงกับหน่วยงานของโปแลนด์ ตลอดจนสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการนำกฎระเบียบของสหภาพยุโรปมาปฏิบัติจริง ซึ่งจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการติดตามและแก้ไขอุปสรรคทางการค้า รวมถึงสนับสนุนการขยายโอกาสของสินค้าเกษตรและอาหารไทยในตลาดโปแลนด์และสหภาพยุโรปต่อไป

What happens when a downtown office floor loses its workers? In Chicago, one answer is surprisingly green: turn it into a farm.

As remote and hybrid work continue to reshape American downtowns, office vacancy rates have remained historically high. Nationwide office vacancies exceeded 20% in 2025, while Chicago’s central business district was dealing with an even higher vacancy rate.

Now, urban farming startups are experimenting with a radically different use for some of that unused space.

Chicago-based Farm Zero has been growing microgreens and other produce inside downtown high-rises, including a climate-controlled operation on the 18th floor of 30 N. LaSalle Street. The company has also been expanding into additional Loop space, using stacked growing systems, LED lighting and nutrient-fed water to produce food just blocks from the people who will eat it.

The concept is spreading beyond Chicago. Virginia-based Area 2 Farms has developed modular vertical-farming systems aimed at bringing food production into offices and neighborhoods, growing vegetables close to consumers instead of transporting them hundreds or thousands of miles.

The potential advantages are substantial: shorter supply chains, year-round production, reduced transportation, efficient use of urban space and far greater control over growing conditions. Indoor systems can also recycle water and substantially reduce the need for agricultural chemicals.

And Chicago’s experiment is getting bigger. Farm Zero is expanding its downtown operations, while another large vacant Loop property has been proposed as an urban farming and controlled-environment agriculture hub.

Instead of leaving obsolete office floors dark and empty, cities may eventually find that some of their most valuable agricultural land is already built — hundreds of feet above the street.
