established at Ashranda Bazar on April-01, 2011 AD. Dr. Muhammad Mozammel Haque ( a social worker of Sapahar ) & Shree Surujeet Chandra Ray ( a community development worker ) founded it to spread the consciousness & true knowledge power to the people of this area & keep the Bengali culture in our socie

ty as well as deliver it (our culture ) to the World. Ai Hai Ekushe Pathagar O Sankriti Charcha Kendro (আইহাই একুশে পাঠাগার ও সংস্কৃতি চর্চা কেন্দ্র) means Ai Hai Ekushe Library & Culture Study Centre. In shortly it is called EPAS (এপাস > এ=একুশে, পা=পাঠাগার , স=সংস্কৃতি চর্চা কেন্দ্র). It is directed by a management committee. This committee is formed by the vote of general members of it for two years. This organization already take many programs to develop the society. All the State Festival & Bengali Cultural Festival are celebrated by this organization.
