Believe With Badhon I have several years of experience working with youth lead community-based organizations.

Born in 1997, MD Nur Hashem Badhon is currently earning his B.Sc in Environmental Science at Begum Rokeya University. Since the very beginning of his involvement in the field of volunteerism, his leadership, communication skills, and vision made him dream of something big. Leaving behind his comfort of life at the age of 14, he familiarized himself with the least developed areas of the country. Pu

rsuing his dreams to create a Bangladesh which can sustain itself, MD Nur Hashem Badhon attended several sessions of training through his involvement with the activities of other organizations like; WaterAid Bangladesh, JAAGO Foundation, and BRAC. His career as a child-journalist gave him the floor to get connected with the situation in the least developed zones of Bangladesh. His vast wealth of knowledge has given birth to Arise Help for Child Foundation and its sub-organizations; Project Banolota, Project Amra, and Onnojog. Currently serving as the president of the non-profit organization, his legacy is found in every corner of the nation. With a team of dedicated volunteers throughout the country, MD Nur Hashem Badhons's contribution to the organization has led Arise Help for Child Foundation to launch sustainable humanitarian campaigns and enable communities throughout the nation.

নারী আমার মা, নারী আমার বোন, নারী আমার সহধর্মিণী — তারা আমাদের জীবনের অবিচ্ছেদ্য অংশ, আমাদের অস্তিত্বের উৎস। কিন্তু যখন সেই নারীই নির্যাতনের শিকার হয়, তখন একজন পুরুষ হিসেবে নিজেকে ভীষণ অসহায়, ভীষণ নিরুপায় লাগে।

আমি বিশ্বাস করি, নীরব থাকা মানে অপরাধে অংশ নেওয়া। তাই চেষ্টা করছি — নিজের জায়গা থেকে কিছু করার, সামান্য হলেও পরিবর্তনের পথে হাঁটার।

এই প্রচেষ্টা কোনো করুণা নয়, এটা আমাদের দায়িত্ব।
আসুন, আমরা সবাই মিলে এমন এক সমাজ গড়ে তুলি যেখানে নারী চলবে সম্মানের সাথে, নিরাপত্তার সাথে, নিজের মতো করে।

স্বেচ্ছাসেবী কাজের শুরুটা বলা যা সাওতাল সম্প্রদায়ের মানুষদের জীবনমান উন্নয়নের প্রচেষ্টা দিয়ে। তারপর এর পথচলার গল্প হয়ত অনেকেরই জানা।
কর্মজীবনেও এই জনগোষ্ঠীর দক্ষতা উন্নয়নে কাজ করার সুযোগ আমাকে অনেক বেশি উৎসাহিত করেছে তাদের নিয়ে নতুন করে আবার প্রচেষ্টা শুরু করার।
