বাংলাদেশ পতাকার চিন্তাটা বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবের--প্রধানমন্ত্রী

প্রধানমন্ত্রী বলেন,বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমানের পরিকল্পনা অনুযায়ী বাংলাদেশের পতাকার ডিজাইন করা হয়েছে। এই পতাকার সঙ্গে জাপানের পতাকার মিল আছে। কারণ জাপান হচ্ছে উদিত সূর্যের দেশ। সাদার মধ্যে লাল। আর বাংলাদেশ সবুজ বাংলাদেশ। সেই সবুজের মাঝে লাল। এই পতাকার চিন্তাটা বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবের।

কোভিড: অফিস চলবে অর্ধেক লোকবল নিয়ে, বন্ধ স্কুল-কলেজ, তবু বাণিজ্য মেলা, বইমেলা, বিপিএল চলবে

কী আছে নতুন বিধি-নিষেধে?
শুক্রবারে জারি করা ছয় দফা বিধি-নিষেধ অনুযায়ী:

- ২১শে জানুয়ারি থেকে ৬ই ফেব্রুয়ারি পর্যন্ত বাংলাদেশে স্কুল, কলেজ ও সমপর্যায়ের শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান বন্ধ থাকবে।
- স্কুল, কলেজের পাশাপাশি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়গুলোকেও অনুরূপ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণের নির্দেশ দেয়া হয়েছে।
- যে কোনো সামাজিক, ধর্মীয়, রাজনৈতিক অনুষ্ঠানে একশো জনের বেশি জনসমাগম করা যাবে না। অনুষ্ঠানে অংশগ্রহণকারী প্রত্যেক ব্যক্তিকে টিকা সনদ অথবা আগের ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে করা পিসিআর টেস্টের রিপোর্ট সাথে রাখতে হবে।
- সব অফিস, শিল্প কারখানার কর্মকর্তা ও কর্মচারীদের টিকা সনদ গ্রহণ করতে হবে।
- বাসার বাইরে সব জায়গায় বাধ্যতামূলকভাবে মাস্ক পরতে হবে এবং যথাযথ স্বাস্থ্যবিধি অনুসরণ করতে হবে।
- নির্দেশনাগুলো প্রতিপালিত হচ্ছে কিনা, তা স্থানীয় প্রশাসন ও আইনশৃঙ্খলা রক্ষাকারী বাহিনী তদারক করবে।
