The 173th Vision Care Eye Camp in Bangladesh.

The Korean Vision Care Eye Camp team visited at BKFH from Nov. 23rd to 29th, in order to provide Ophthalmology service for Bangladesh patients.
During this camp, Korean ophthalmologists performed 185 operations of cataract and pterygium, and cared 1320 outpatients.
It was the 8th Eye Camp in Bangladesh as of this year.
We hope all patients would recover well and could get a bright sight again.
Many thanks to everyone who supported this camp and made every effort for a successful mission in Bangladesh.

2008년부터 시작된 방글라데시에서의 아이캠프!
올해로 8번째 방문한 캠프는 지난 11월 23일(일)부터 11월 29일(토)까지 수도 다카로 부터 1시간 30분 정도 떨어진 Savar에 위치한 KOICA Korea-Bangladesh Friendship Hospital 에서 1,320명 대상으로 외래진료, 185명 대상으로 백내장 및 후발성 백내장, 익상편 수술, 약 270조의 돋보기를 지원하였습니다. 세계에서 가장 인구 밀도가 높은 나라, 세계에서 가장 행복지수가 높은 나라지만, 빈곤의 슬픔이 있는 방글라데시에서의 이야기를 지금부터 몇일간 소개합니다. 많이 기대해 주세요.

We, 10 Members of KOICA Mobile Medical Service team have visited Mymensingh for the 28th MMS from 20th to 23rd of May.

Hot weather, unpaved road, heavy boxes can't stop our passion.

We have visited 3 far rural villages and treated more than 600 patients only for 3 days.

We hope all of the patients who we met to be well~~~

Specially, I want to say to my KOICA medical team " Thank you and I love you"

The 27th Mobile Medical Service of KOICA Bangladesh volunteers,

was performed on 6th~7th of March, 2014 at Bandabhari village of Leprosy patients.

Dr. Kong and Dr. Oh, Nurse Moon, Pathologist Yeo, Min-ho Kang and Hye-sik Yang who are member of KOICA were willing to contribute their talents and holiday time.

We checked up the health condition and treat a many kinds of disease of total 60 families and about 200 people.

It was happy time with the marginalized, so hope to see again ASAP.
