কৃষি তথ্য সার্ভিস গনপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ সরকারের কৃষি মন্ত্রাণালয়ের একটি স্বতন্ত্র প্রতিষ্ঠান ।১৯৬১ সালে কৃষি তথ্য সংস্থা হিসেবে আত্মপ্রকাশ করার পর ১৯৮০ সালে কৃষি তথ্য সংস্থাকে কৃষি তথ্য সার্ভিস নামকরন করা হয় ।সাংগঠনিক কাঠামোর আলোকে ১৯৭৯ সাল থেকে আঞ্চলিক পর্যায়ে কৃষি তথ্য সার্ভিসের আঞ্চলিক কার্যালয় খুলনা কার্যক্রম চালিয়ে আসছে।
