Road Transport and Highways Division is one of the important Division in the Government under the Ministry of Road Transport and Bridges. Ministry of Road Transport and Bridges comprises of two Divisions, viz 1. Road Transport and Highways Division shoulders a vast task and plays a vital role in socio-economic development of our country. It governs the Departments/Organizations which are playing v

ery important roles in building our new nation. These are :

(1) Roads & Highways Department (RHD);
(2) Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA);
(3) Bangladesh Road Transport corporation (BRTC); and
(4) Dhaka Transport Co-ordination Authority (DTCA),
