On this sacred occasion of Janmashtami, Notre Dame Debating Club extends its warmest greetings to everyone celebrating.

As we commemorate the birth of Lord Krishna, we are reminded of the timeless values his life continues to teach us compassion in our conduct, courage in the face of adversity, and unwavering righteousness in our pursuit of truth.

May the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita guide us to choose integrity over ignorance, harmony over discord, and empathy over indifference both in our debates and in our daily lives. May this auspicious occasion bring peace to our communities, strength to those facing hardships, and renewed hope for a more compassionate and just world.
