Bangladesh was born in 1971 over the foundation of few thousand years of proud culture and heritage. For the first time, Bangalis, not only realised their collective strengths through the Muktijuddho of 1971 but also became visionary with the opportunities to build their country - full of social, economic and environmental prospects for development. Since 1971, Bangalis have been working towards t
he common goal to establish world’s best place to live, work and grow their family. This is the beginning of the second ‘Muktijuddho’ for Bangladeshis to ensure social, economic and environmental sustainability! We the Impress Group, started our journey 40 years ago with few people and now we have 18000 people as part of our family. We work in the filed of Textile, Ready-made Garments, Pharmaceuticals and Electronic/print media. We have now taken an initiative to establish a platform where these Bangalis all over the world can use their talent, knowledge, and resources to prosper Bangladesh to become a developed country. In 1971, the fight for independence was done by the previous generation but our current fight is to build the country and fighter’s are this generation. This is our new venture, our new pathway, which is BUILD BANGLADESH – our future together. Yes, this is where our story begins. This is the story of Bangladesh and our love for Bangladesh to Build Bangladesh. It is our responsibility to forward this country socially, economically and environmentally. Build Bangladesh is our ‘Muktijuddho’ for 21st century and beyond. This is our journey as ‘21st century Muktijoddha’ as we need to plan it very carefully to realise our dream to position Bangladesh leading the world. Build Bangladesh is the global platform to make it happen. This global platform is accessible to all Bangalis across the globe to Build Bangladesh through their collective strength including the government, corporate sector, civil society and academics. Development of our people and our country is the key priority for this platform, which will be carried by us, for us - the people of Bangladesh to Build Bangladesh.
