40 years of our Independence - while remembering the cause, we have invited 4 countries to receive a special recognition.
India, Bhutan, Nepal & Sri Lanka scrutinized & nominated their music legends to receive the special recognition on behalf of their Foreign & Cultural Ministry.

Amala Shankar on behalf of Ravi Shankar from India, Lopen Dengo from Bhutan, Nupur Bhattacharya from Nepal & Nanda Malini from Sri Lanka came all the way to the bank of Jamuna River to honor us.
Honorable Ambassadors of the above mentioned countries also came to honor the ceremony.

To make the event more colorful, we have also invited cultural delegation to perform.
