As per Article 27 of the Constitution of Bangladesh all citizens are equal before the law and entitled to equal protection of the law. BANGLADESH MANOBADHIKAR FOUNDATION intends to help general people so that they are not deprived of fundamental human rights recognized in the constitution. A group of social and human rights activities established a voluntary Human Rights Organization on a decision

to devote themselves toward people's welfare activities. The Organization acts under the registration rules and ordinance and the patronization and control of the government of the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh. It's motto is public interest and it will act as an affiliated organization of International Human Rights agency.
