لَن يَنَالَ اللَّهَ لُحُومُهَا وَلَا دِمَاؤُهَا وَلَٰكِن يَنَالُهُ التَّقْوَىٰ مِنكُمْ

- "It is neither their meat nor their blood that reaches Allah, but it is your piety that reaches Him." (verse 37)

Eid-ul-Adha stands as a profound reminder of faith, obedience, and the timeless spirit of sacrifice. Rooted in the legacy of Prophet Ibrahim (A.S.) and Prophet Ismail (A.S.), this sacred occasion teaches us the values of devotion, patience, humility, and unconditional trust in Almighty Allah.

We are immensely proud to celebrate the remarkable achievement of Cadet SGT Neshat Hassan Rejon for securing the Green Card for the 94 BAFA Long Course as a GD(P), becoming the very first pioneer from the BAF Shaheen College Dhaka BNCC Flight, HSC Batch 2025, to earn this honorable distinction.

Rejon’s unwavering dedication, disciplined mindset, and relentless pursuit of excellence have rightfully earned him this outstanding recognition. As a Cadet Sergeant, he consistently demonstrated strong leadership, integrity, and resilience throughout his journey. With Boishakh as its first month, this day marks a fresh start filled with hope and positivity.
Historically, it was a significant occasion for merchants who would begin their financial year with Hal Khata, symbolizing prosperity and new opportunities. While such practices have become less common, the festive spirit continues to thrive through vibrant alpana, cultural events, and the iconic celebrations seen across the country.

A major highlight of the day is the lively ‘Boishakhi Mela’, where the charm of rural Bengal comes alive through folk songs, traditional music, and cultural performances. These elements beautifully preserve and showcase the richness of Bengali heritage.

From Cadet to Leader: BNCC Leads The Way.

Guided by the motto "Knowledge and Discipline," the Bangladesh National Cadet Corps (BNCC) serves as the nation’s formidable Second Line of Defense. Since its historic inception on 23 March 1979, this tri-service powerhouse—uniting the Army, Navy, and Air Wings—has forged students into disciplined patriots. Under rigorous military command, cadets are molded into a strategic reserve, prepared to transition from elite volunteerism to national defense at a moment's notice. Through a structured hierarchy of Senior and Junior wings, the BNCC ensures tactical proficiency and leadership excellence across all ranks.

The core mission of the BNCC is to cultivate a patriotic and responsible new generation, mentally and physically fortified to tackle any national crisis or natural disaster. By instilling a deep sense of duty, the Corps. not just observers, but active protectors of the motherland.

Representing the elite standards of the Air Wing, the BAF Shaheen College Dhaka BNCC Flight carries a legacy of excellence and honor. Our cadets are trained through regular monitoring, Squadron, Wing, and Central camps.

On 1st March 1960, a journey began with the establishment of PAF Shaheen School. Today, BAF Shaheen College Dhaka, governed by the proud guardianship of the Bangladesh Air Force, stands as a beacon of excellence in Bangladesh’s educational landscape.

For 66 remarkable years, Dhaka Shaheen has not only delivered quality education but has also cultivated discipline, leadership, and a strong sense of responsibility among its students. Its guiding philosophy education, restraint, and discipline is not merely a motto, but a way of life that shapes every Shaheen.

ভাষা কেবল কিছু বর্ণ আর শব্দের গাঁথুনি নয়—ভাষা একটি জাতির আত্মার প্রতিধ্বনি, মর্যাদার প্রতীক ও পরিচয়ের দীপ্ত স্বাক্ষর।
শিশুর প্রথম অস্পষ্ট উচ্চারণে যে স্নিগ্ধ শব্দ জেগে ওঠে, তা মাতৃভাষা;
জাগরণের আহ্বানে যে স্পষ্ট কণ্ঠ ধ্বনিত হয়, তা মাতৃভাষা;
আর বিজয়ের উল্লাসে যে আনন্দধ্বনি আকাশে ভেসে ওঠে, সেটিও মাতৃভাষা।
আমাদের মাতৃভাষা বাংলা—বাঙালির চেতনা, সাহস ও প্রতিবাদের গর্জনে পৃথিবীর বুকে অমর হয়ে উঠেছে, ইতিহাসের পাতায় লিখে দিয়েছে এক অবিনাশী জাতিসত্তার গল্প।

২১শে ফেব্রুয়ারি—শুধু একটি তারিখ নয়, এটি বাঙালির আত্মপরিচয়ের এক দৃপ্ত ঘোষণা।
এই দিনে উচ্চারিত হয়েছিল প্রতিবাদের ভাষা, আর সেই ভাষা রক্তের অক্ষরে লিখে দিয়েছিল আমাদের অস্তিত্বের ইতিহাস। মাতৃভাষার অধিকার রক্ষার সংগ্রাম ছিল কেবল শব্দের জন্য নয়—ছিল সম্মান, পরিচয় ও স্বাধীন চিন্তার অধিকার প্রতিষ্ঠার জন্য।
১৯৫২ সালের সেই ভাষা শহীদদের আত্মত্যাগ বাংলা ভাষাকে দিয়েছে মর্যাদা, গর্ব ও স্বকীয়তার চিরন্তন পরিচয়। তাদের ত্যাগের স্মরণে, জাতির এই ঐতিহাসিক আত্মদানকে ১৯৯৯ সালে ২১শে ফেব্রুয়ারিকে আন্তর্জাতিক মাতৃভাষা দিবস হিসেবে স্বীকৃতি দেয়। আজ এই দিনটি বিশ্বব্যাপী পালিত হয়।

The voice of a commander is not confined to the parade ground it resonates far beyond, living on in the hearts of future leaders. It is a strength they inherit, a confidence they carry, and a legacy they uphold with pride. A parade commander is more than a title or a role; it is a vision, a dream that inspires cadets to rise with discipline, sharpen their skills, and dedicate themselves to excellence.

A parade commander stands at the forefront, leading the entire parade with unmatched skill, dedication, and spirit. His voice does not merely command—it stirs the hearts of audiences and guests, leaving them in awe. Every step he takes reflects tireless effort, an unstoppable strategy, and the enigma of true leadership. Yet beyond the precision and grandeur, a parade commander is expected to be kind, generous, and motivating toward his fellow cadets and junior cadets.
