২৬ মার্চ। গৌরবদীপ্ত মহান স্বাধীনতার দিন আজ। ১৯৭১ সালের এইদিনে স্বাধীনতার ঘোষণা দেন বঙ্গবন্ধু। বহু বছরের পরাধীনতার শেকল ভাঙ্গার এই দিনটি বাঙালির জাতীয় জীবনে গভীর তাৎপর্যপূর্ণ। ৭১ এ ২৬ শে মার্চ এই জনপদে কোটি কোটি বাঙালির হৃদয়ে মুক্তি আকাঙ্ক্ষার যে সশস্ত্র প্রদীপটি জ্বলে উঠেছিলো, বিজয়ের মধ্যদিয়ে তারই রক্তস্নাত পূর্ণতা ছিলো ১৬ই ডিসেম্বরে।

সুবিধাবঞ্চিত এবং অসহায় কোমলমতি শিশুদের মুখে আহার তুলে দেওয়ার লক্ষ্যে আগামী ২৭ ফেব্রুয়ারি আমরা আসছি ভাটারা থানাতে ছোট্ট একটি আয়োজন “ফুলের হাসি” নিয়ে। একই সাথে “২১’শের চেতনা” নিয়ে ছোট্ট একটি চিত্রাংকন উৎসবের আয়োজন করা হয়েছে । অনুষ্ঠানে প্রধান অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত থাকবেন স্বনামধন্য বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় ইন্ডিপেন্ডেন্ট ইউনিভার্সিটি, বাংলাদেশ এর ডিভিশন অফ স্টুডেন্ট অ্যাফেয়ার্স এর ইনচার্জ সাইফুল কবির।
