Sandhani Comilla Medical College unit starts its journey to humanity on 17th November'1993 the opening ceremony was held in college compound. The ceremony was presided over by the honorable principal Prof. Dr. Habibur Rahman Ansari & honorable M.P Begum Rabeya Chowdhary was present as chief guest. n, Dr. Md. Hadaid Ullah, President BMA. Comilla were present. All the teachers, Doctors of Hospital, Students & Members of civil society made the occasion a happy one. In the second part of this ceremony a voluntary blood donation programme was organized as the first program of CoMC unit. Total 77 units of blood were collected. Students of CoMC, officials of College, Teachers & some local aware people donated blood on that day. Sandhani Dhaka Medical College Unit helped us to make this programme success. The programme was devoted to me memory of Romana Parvin member of Sandhani SSMC unit who died on 15 November'1993. It was just the start of a great journey to humanity by the students of Comilla Medical College unit through Sandhani. from there on we are always be side the people to help them in their needs by giving blood, medicine & Hepatitis Vaccination & relief during flood.
