🌻 Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program Launch 🌻

The City of Palmerston is proud to support the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program and invites the community to join us for a special launch event.

The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower is a globally recognised symbol that helps people discreetly indicate they may need additional support, understanding, or assistance.

Participants in our weekly Art Class will create sunflower-inspired paintings, which will be proudly displayed in the Library Mini Art Gallery as part of this important initiative.

As part of our 5 Year Masterplan, we’ve introduced brand new shelving throughout the library to help create a more welcoming, modern and user-friendly space for our community. 📚

We’re so excited to share the results of all the hard work that has gone into refreshing the library, and we think you’re going to love the new look!

Come in, explore the updated spaces, discover your next great read, and check out the transformation for yourself. 👀

We can’t wait to continue bringing new improvements to Palmerston Library over the coming years. Stay tuned for what’s next!
