A special visit to Woods Point

Our Prep students had a wonderful time visiting the residents at Woods Point! We shared some of our favourite Pevan & Sarah songs and spent time reading stories together and listening to stories from their childhood!

It was such a lovely opportunity for our students to connect with the community, share their learning and see everyone smiling.

A big thank you to the residents and staff at Woods Point for welcoming us!

Yarrawonga College P - 12 Year 1 students embrace their S.T.E.A.M AHEAD high ability lesson with the "Bin Chicken" Program as part of the Victorian Challenge and Enrichment Series through the Department of Education and Training.

The lesson was delivered virtually via video simultaneously with schools throughout the Victoria for selected high ability students

A wonderful opportunity for students to enrich and challenge their learning.

Write a Book in a Day Competition

Last Wednesday our students participated in this fabulous event and raised over $7000.

Yarrawonga College students helped raise funds for Kids' Cancer Project as part of the Write a Book in a Day competition.
💰💰As of today we have already raised over $7000
📚📚⌛⌛Books were written and illustrated in just eight hours
🌏🌏🏥🏥Finished books shared digitally all across hospitals in Australia
