Register and join us for Tai Chi in the Park on Wednesdays during November. All ages and abilities can be catered for.

Tai chi is gentle and not strenuous. Benefits have been shown to include a positive effect on muscle strength, flexibility, and balance. With regular practice, Tai chi may help improve balance and motor function and reduce fear of falling in older adults, and help improve memory and executive functioning skills.
