Additional emergency information and advice can be sourced via the Victorian Bushfire Information Line on β1800 240 667. All emergencies should always be called via the 000 (Triple Zero) hotline. This page is not monitored 24/7 as we are a volunteer based organisation. and should not be relied upon to receive official CFA Warnings and Advice messages, a list of official sources of emergency information is available at www.cfa.vic.gov.au. Our volunteers will try our best to answer as many of your questions as possible but this will not always be possible, especially during busy times. During major emergencies as our focus will be on providing an emergency response to the incident and as such this page may be unmonitored.
