Engaging in waterplay, singing songs, and playing games in the pool is a fun way to begin the water-familiarisation process with your little swimmer. At NCC Swimmers, our lessons aim to start this process and allow your child to feel more confident and at ease in the water.

The Pump House team attended this morning, and we're pleased to advise that the new circulation pump system has now been switched back on.

The pool will reopen for morning lessons on Thursday, 20 August. Thank you for your patience while these works were completed.

Hello NCC Swimmers families,

Unfortunately, our pool circulation pump failed unexpectedly overnight. As a result, we are unable to maintain the water quality and temperature required for safe swimming.

Due to this issue, all swim lessons will be cancelled on:

Tuesday 18 August (afternoon lessons only)
Wednesday 19 August (morning and afternoon lessons)

Repairs are scheduled for Wednesday, and we hope the pool will be fully operational again for lessons on Thursday 20 August.We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

For families who have already paid their fees in full, we will apply a credit to your account for the cancelled lessons. Families on regular payment arrangements will have the missed lessons reflected in their fees accordingly.

Thank you for your patience and support. We will keep you updated should there be any further changes.
