🚑🚒🚓 **Thank a First Responder Day 2026** 🚓🚒🚑

Today, Wednesday 10 June, we celebrate **Thank a First Responder Day** – a day to recognise and thank the dedicated first responders who work tirelessly to keep our communities safe.
From paramedics, firefighters, police officers, SES volunteers, emergency dispatchers, and many others, first responders are there when we need them most, often facing challenging and unpredictable situations with courage, professionalism, and compassion.
We also acknowledge the families and loved ones who support them behind the scenes, making sacrifices of their own so that first responders can continue serving our communities.
Take a moment today to say **"thank you"** to a first responder and show your appreciation for the incredible work they do every day.💙

🍰💙 **A Huge Thank You to Chappy Mandy!** 💙🍰

Our staff were treated to a wonderful surprise this week with the **"Week 8 Eat Cake" Morning Tea**, organised by the amazing **Chappy Mandy**.

A special thank you to all the local community members who generously donated, baked, and delivered a delicious assortment of sweet treats to our staff room. Your kindness and support is greatly appreciated and certainly brightened everyone's day.

We are so fortunate to have such a caring and supportive community behind our school. Thank you, Chappy Mandy, for bringing people together and for all that you do for our students, staff, and families. 💙
