Well this gorgeous worm....
Oh sorry I mean literally days old Lowlands Copperhead Snake decided to visit the reception of a large industrial site along the Bass Coast.
Eventhough it's only a few days old, it's fully loaded with venom and doesn't know how or what to use it for yet.
Luckily I was just around the corner and got to help save and relocate this little baby. 🐍

Here's an absolutely stunning Eastern Tiger Snake which is feeling threatened and displaying it's defensive behaviour in front of me (a creature approximately 100 times it's size and weight). It's not attempting to attack or bite me. It's scared and trying to warn me that I am imposing on it's personal space. Snakes are not out to bite!
You can clearly see that once it realises I'm not a threat it goes on with its own thing. 🐍❤️

A stunning Tiger Snake in Wattlebank this afternoon, luckily after searching the garden bed I found it hiding under a big conifer plant trying to avoid its eviction. To say the property owners and neighbours were happy is an understatement.

Well here's a Chunky Lowlands Copperhead Snake out in the wild.
It's now in a much safer environment for people, pets and itself after its eviction from behind Bass Coast College Wonthaggi where it's location could have turned into a very dangerous and possibly deadly situation for local students, people and pets.
