Little improvised artists talk at Sculpture in the Vineyards yesterday. Thanks to everyone who has visited so far and all the wonderful volunteers. You can find this work of mine called Stone Hinge directly across the road from and tge both excellent establishments for local food, wine and gin.
Sculpture in the Vineyards continues for two more weeks and weekends and is the largest sculpture show in Australia so not to be missed if you love sculpture.
For more hands on experiences, you can also enjoy an art immersion day this Wednesday as part of the Wollombi Sculpture Festival at Winmark Wines in Broke.
The day will include:
- a communal ceramic sculpture making workshop with me
- a talk about sculpture and
- an informed walk around the Winmark sculpture park with owner Karin Adcock and distinguished London artist Isabel Langtry Principal of the Hampstead School of Art.
- coffee, lunch and award winning Winmark wine.
