* Messages will be responded to as quickly as pos
sible. Council will monitor Facebook during the business hours of 8:30am – 4:30pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
* This facebook site does not replace general customer service requests – it is an avenue for making contact about youth related enquiries.
* Facebook interaction will not be treated as formal correspondence. Council’s current formal correspondence activities and policies will remain as per normal. These can be accessed on Council’s website. www.hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au
* Comments and opinions posted by users on Council’s social media sites are not the opinions of Council.
* Users should be respectful of others - rude, derogatory, racist, adult content and those related to this type of behaviour are not welcome on Council’s social media sites. Users who display these attributes through their use will be blocked by Council.
* Information that is displayed by users should stay on topic. Irrelevant information will be removed and users may be blocked in the future. Spam will be removed and the user blocked by Council.
* Any links to external websites and/or non Hawkesbury City Council information, provided on Council’s youth page are provided as courtesy. They should not be seen as an endorsement by Hawkesbury City Council.
