Farewell Simone 🩷

After an incredible 17 years with Community Bank Willaura & Lake Bolac, we’re farewelling the wonderful Simone McDonald as she begins a new chapter.

A valued member of our team and community, Simone has spent the past five years supporting countless customers as our Personal Lender. Her knowledge, dedication and genuine care have made her a great asset to our Community Bank as well as an amazing colleague and friend, and she will be hugely missed.

While we’re sad to see her go, we’re deeply grateful for Simone’s contribution and wish her every success for the future. Her last day will be Thursday, 17 September.

We invite customers and community members to visit the branch during Simone’s final week to say farewell, share a memory and wish her well. Thank you for everything, Simone - 17 years is an incredible contribution to our Community Bank, and you leave very big shoes to fill. 🩷

Farewell Sonia 💚

After two and a half years with Community Bank Willaura & Lake Bolac, we’ll soon be saying farewell to Sonia Gerrard as she takes the next step in her working life.

During her time with us, Sonia has become a valued member of our team, known for her friendly approach, strong customer service and willingness to help wherever she can.

Sonia has built some wonderful relationships with our customers and community, and we thank her for the contribution she has made to our branches over the past two and a half years.

Sonia’s final day with Community Bank Willaura & Lake Bolac will be Wednesday 16 September. We invite customers and community members to visit the branch during her final week to say farewell and wish her well.
