Well done to our Grade 3 students!

A big congratulations to our Grade 3 students who have completed the Strong Minds: Conflict Management course!

Over the sessions, students have been learning that conflict is a normal part of life and, importantly, what we can do when things don’t go the way we hoped.

The students have been learning about the Owl, Shark, Turtle and Koala 🦉🦈🐢🐨 and how each one represents a different way of responding to conflict — from reacting quickly, to withdrawing, to thinking things through and finding a way forward.

There have been lots of great conversations about managing big feelings, seeing things from someone else’s point of view, communicating respectfully and working through problems with others.

It’s been fantastic to see the students getting involved, having a go and building their confidence in handling tricky situations.

Well done Grade 3 Strong Minds boys! 💛 You should be proud of the skills you’ve been building!
