๐ฆ PLANNED WATER OUTAGE ๐ฆ
There will be a planned water outage in the township of ๐ช๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ช๐๐ฎ๐น๐ผ๐ป๐ด ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ช๐๐ฎ๐น๐ผ๐ป๐ด ๐ผ๐ป ๐ง๐ต๐๐ฟ๐๐ฑ๐ฎ๐, ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐๐ต ๐ก๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฑ ๐ณ๐ฟ๐ผ๐บ ๐ญ๐ฌ๐ฝ๐บ ๐๐ป๐๐ถ๐น ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐บ ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐, ๐ฎ๐ญ๐๐ ๐ก๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฑ while essential water supply system works are completed.
As part of essential works to replace an aged section of water main through installation of a new water main to West Wyalong township from Reservoir storage along the Mid-Western Highway, this outage is required to connect and commission the first section of new mains pipeline into the reticulation system.
What you need to do โ
- Notify us immediately if your or any member of your household is on dialysis.
- Store enough water for your needs, keep all taps closed and refrain from flushing toilets during the outage.
- When water supply is restored, you may temporarily experience discoloured water. Check your water quality by running the tap closest to the water meter for a few minutes before drinking or washing laundry. If discoloured water is detected, continue to run your tap until the water clears. If the water doesnโt clear, notify us immediately.
