Westowe RFB would like to thank ACCIONA ENERGIA for there Community Funding Grant. The grant enabled the brigade to complete drainage works behind the station. The grant enabled us to get 300mm fall away from the shed, retain the bank and install drainage agi pipe and gravel. These projects cannot be completed without the support of local community business that support the brigade like Acciona Energia.

Now is the perfect time to join your local Fire Brigade. Get your membership sorted and complete some training as training is generally done during the first 7 or 8 months of the year before the main fire danger period. Westowe RFB is always looking for new members both active and support members, junior members can join from age 16 as well.
The brigades next meeting will be Monday 2nd February at 6pm at the station 1417 Calliope River Rd Yarwun.
