Kurilpa Community Childcare Centre Inc Kurilpa is a community not-for profit childcare centre. Kurilpa is a non-profit, community-based centre.

We are based in West End and provide exceptional quality care and education for children aged six weeks to five years. A committee of elected parents oversees the management of the centre. These parents work closely with the centre's Director to ensure quality of care and the majority of parents' requirements are being met. As a member of our association, you can have direct input into how your ch

ild is cared for and educated. General meetings are held twice a year for parents to have a say in how the centre is run and what services are provided, and to give you in-depth information about the centre's finances and operation.

Keep an eye out each Saturday for a new Nature Play game to try!

The first is a classic, made popular by Winnie the Pooh 🧸 and Piglet on one of their adventures. We call it Pooh Sticks 🙃

To play you will need; a bridge over running water, two speedy looking sticks, and a friend. 👫🌿🌿

Stand on the upstream side of the bridge, drop your sticks into the water at the same time, and run to the other side of the bridge to see whose stick appears first.

Whoever's stick comes under the bridge first is the winner!

If you're competing for the title, just have your assistant take a photo of you playing Pooh Sticks and post it to Facebook with , your postcode and .

We will count a game of Pooh Sticks as one of your missions. 🥳
