Wembley Downs Primary School P&C is an active group of parents who are passionate about playing a supportive role in their child's schooling life. Through parent and community involvement, we organise events to raise funds that help support our students, administration and our teachers. In the spirit of reconciliation, WDPS P&C acknowledges the Whadjuk people of the Noongar nation as the traditional custodians of this country and its waters and that WDPS stands on Noongar country. We pay our respect to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.

🏉❤️ WHAT A NIGHT! ❤️🏉

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who came along to our Friday Night Footy Finals and helped make it such a huge success!

It was fantastic to see so many WDPS families enjoying the footy, catching up, enjoying the sausage sizzle and icy poles, and getting behind our raffle. 🙌

💰 Together, we raised an incredible $1,445!
All funds will go towards future projects at Wembley Downs Primary School. 🎉

We also want to give a HUGE shout-out to all the generous businesses and families who donated raffle prizes. Your support makes events like this possible and we are so grateful! ❤️

And judging by the number of families asking “When’s the next one?”… 👀

📕 Book Week 📕 is fast approaching!
This years theme is “Symphony of Stories”. Celebrating how books blend words, music and imagination into harmonious orchestra of characters!! 🎶 🎤 ✨

WDPS will be celebrating Book Week on Friday 28th August. Come dressed as your favourite character from a book and participate in the Book Week Parade at 9am.

Let’s celebrate a love of books and reading and the wonderful imagination of our children!
