I’m so excited to share this program!

I’ve been working with some very special families recently and we have worked together to achieve many wonderful things..,

From redesigning their family’s food lifestyle to ‘cleaning out’ the household’s pantry of products containing colours, preservatives and hydrogenated seed oils.

I have spent time educating each family’s parental figures on how to make healthier and more informed choices moving forward when shopping.

We have worked on making improvements in childhood fussy eating habits and slowly but surely they are all succeeding in achieving great success!

I have created and tailored new recipe libraries for each family and have also helped in the learning of how to plan and cook these meals in preparation for their busy week’s ahead.

I’m so excited about this program, for it has evolved organically and sincerely through the successful changes made by my clients themselves!
