With a month left before Christmas is here, we’d like to take a moment to thank our team for their efforts of late, it’s been a busy month.

Our crews have been spread across Victoria as well as regional and metro South Australia, ensuring exisiting lights are being kept on and new ones are being installed for future South Australia home owners.

From powerline maintenance and emergency breakdowns through to renewable energy maintence and Underground Residential Development installations, we love doing our bit for our communities!

We’re extremely proud of our crews achievements over the last 4 months down at Sellicks-Aldinga Beach delivering a major infrastructure project in collaboration with SA Power Networks. As part of Department for Infrastructure and Transport’s Main South Road Duplication project, our crews were tasked with the relocation of a backbone Overhead 11kv feeder for SA Power Networks. The project is now successfully energised and we couldn’t be more proud of our crews achievements!

Hi All,

This hit our company extremely close to home and we’d be forever grateful for our community to continue in showing love and support to our family. Blake is an extremely humble and talented young man who suffered a horrific motorbike accident a few weeks ago leaving him paralysed from the waist down.

Blake is family to the Distro-Tex crew and also our go to Metal Fabricator having designed and built all of our Ute canopies, cable rollers and business needs.

Close family and friends have joined together and created a GoFundMe page to help Blake and his family start their new journey back towards life after this horrible accident. We’re so proud to see people from all over the state and country throw their support in already, however, we’re also aware that every small donation that can be made will help Blake and his beautiful family adjust and conquer the challenges they face ahead.

From Leigh Creek, Hawker and Quorn, to Mt Barker, Largs Bay, Sellicks and Victor Harbour around to Pt Moorowie, Marion Bay and Moonta Bay; we get around!

Our overhead crews were called out to assist regional SA Power Networks depots to repair storm damaged feeders in the mid north. With restoration works spanning over the last 2 weeks, in conjunction with local depot crews, we were able to get the distribution network repaired to a safe state in order to connect generators and restore power to residents and business in Leigh Creek, Hawker and Quorn. A busy couple of weeks spent replacing numerous poles, transformers and restringing powerlines.

Whilst the Storm restorations were full steam ahead, our Underground Residential Development (URD) crews were motoring along completing various estates through Adelaide and its surrounds. Practical completion and compliance has been achieved at Jonno’s Farm, Mt Barker, Lonsdale and Victor Habour lately and we couldn’t be more ecstatic with the results! We’re proud to deliver these projects alongside some of our long standing partners in the civil industry.

A huge shoutout to our workers who have kept the momentum flowing in not only our planned projects but also our Emergency Response works, teamwork makes the dream work.
