Warrnambool Toy Library We operate similarly to a video store - providing access to a changing selections of safe, educational and fun toys for loan at a small fee.

The Warrnambool Toy Library is a non-profit, 100% volunteer run community group providing a high quality toy borrowing service to the Warrnambool and district area. By providing children with a variety of toys appropriate to their stage of development, we can extend their play opportunities and their learning experiences. The involvement and enthusiasm of members helps make the toy library a great

resource for local families. Come and see us to become a new member or refer a friend or grandparent!

A big shout out and thank you to this member for thoroughly cleaning their toy! ✨ Most of the time toys just need a wipe with a damp cloth to be ready for the next family, but sometimes they need that extra TLC (and a scrub) ❤️ Remember that cleaning toys before you return them is part of being a member of the toy library community. Our volunteers do not have the capacity to count and clean the hundreds of toys that come in and out each session.

Attention WTL members: we need your help! We’d love to have more member volunteers assisting during our borrowing sessions. Our committee is made up of volunteers and at times we are unable to fill the roster. Training up more volunteers will allow us to get more admin done and to help share the load! Unfortunately we aren't able to open tomorrow, Saturday 28th March, as we don't have enough volunteers available to run the session.

If you’re able to help out for an hour or two during our open sessions we would love to hear from you. You can send us a message, email or have a chat with us the next time you're in the library.

HELP NEEDED!

Volunteers needed for our open sessions on Saturday the 21st and Wednesday the 25th of Feb. Can you spare an hour or two? No experience necessary.

All of our Warrnambool Toy Library committee members are volunteers. A few committee members are doing multiple sessions a month to make up the numbers but we need more support.

Please get in touch if you’re able to help. And if you are interested in volunteering for the first time please ask for a volunteer form at the desk. We would love to have you help!
