The AGM of Friends of Flagstaff Hill for 2022 was held last Tuesday, at the Archie Graham Centre.
After an emotional report from the outgoing Chair, all Committee positions were declared vacant, and guest speaker Peter McKewan from FitzMedia was asked to take the chair and open a locked box with the nominations.
The nominations received were:-

Chairperson Ray Newman No further nominations. elected
Vice Chair Leigh Dalziel No further nominations. elected
Secretary Pauline Knox
Lorraine de Kok
A written ballot was then conducted. At the conclusion of the ballot Pauline Knox was declared the winner.

Good luck to the new Chair and Committee of Friends of Flagstaff Hill Inc.

Peter McKewan then gave a short discourse on what FitzMedia is and has done in a very short time. (over 300,000 followers on social media platforms) FitzMedia will also be involved in the exciting new festival being proposed by Friends of Flagstaff Hill. Something that the new committee will be seeing through to fruition.
