The new Warrnambool Library and Learning Centre is situated at 8 Kepler Street, within the South West TAFE campus. Membership is free and the library offers books, magazines, newspapers, local history materials, multi-media resources and online services for all ages and all abilities. The Library opened its doors to the public on October 13, 2022. Our page is generally monitored during bu

siness hours, 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We welcome and encourage engagement on this page, but we expect users to be relevant and respectful. We will ignore, hide or delete comments which:

- use hateful or offensive language
- are harassing or abusive of others
- are defamatory or libellous
- are commercial in nature
- are off-topic
- are misleading or contain misinformation
- are deemed in any other way to be inappropriate by Council
